IGLESIA INDEPENDIENTE CHURCH(Aglipay Shrine)

The Philippine Independent Church, (officially the Spanish: Iglesia Filipina Independiente or the IFI, also known as the Philippine Independent Catholic Church or the Ilocano: Siwayawaya a Simbaan nga ti Filipinas (sometimes also known as Tagalog: Malayang Simbahan ng Pilipinas), is a Christian denomination of the Catholic tradition in the form of a national church. The church was founded by the members of the first federation of labor unions in the country, the Union Obrera Democratica (UOD) in 1902. It is also known as the Aglipayan Church after its first obispo maximo, Gregorio Aglipay.

IMELDA CULTURAL CENTER (Home of Great Leaders)

BATAC CITY ROMAN (IMMACULATE CONCEPCION PARISH CHURCH)

This Church was built in 1587. In 1620, however, original buildings were destroyed. Fr. Pedro Cariaga began reconstructing the church in 1690 and finished it in 1692.

The church was closed but I can hear noises coming from the inside. I sneaked in through the half-open small door at the side and was greeted by some altar boys cleaning the church. I asked permission to snap a few pictures and they responded with a barrage of questions about my trip. Made a big fuss over a little bike doing a long trip.
